so end user can see what files have been taken or sent to his pc
this should also be save to a log or prompt the user if he wants to save the transcript(chat, connection history, file transfer log) of the session
this is needed in environments were compliance requires full documentation of any changes/remote access etc..

You're right - a file transfer activity indicator is still missing. We're working on this for the pcvisit MobileSupport (mobile.pcvisit.de), but unfortunately I can't tell, if or when this will be implemented in the Desktop-Client.
The log of the session can be copied to the Clipboard using the copy button in the session-view/ session-tab. The same is achievable with the chat in the chat-tab. This is a workaround, unfortunately it's not possible to save chat and history directly as .txt.
However, the history of each session is also written in an .xml, which is located in your /Appdata/Roaming/pcvisit Data/Session History/<SessionId>Best regards
