    Das würde mir auch helfen.
    Manchen Kunden ist die Vorstellung unangenehm, das sich der Supporter unbemerkt auf den PC schalten kann. (Die Veränderung des Symbols in der Taskleiste bemerkt keiner).
    Oder: Kann ich bei Beginn der Fernwartung beim Kunden-PC eine Batch-Datei ausführen lassen?

    ich nutze mehrere Arbeitsplätze um Usern zu helfen.
    Ich habe mich neulich "ausgesperrt", da ich auf einem PC vergessen hatte das Supportermodul zu schliessen.
    Wenn ich das Modul über das Webbportal schliessen könnte, würde der Fall nicht mehr auftreten.
