    Es ist ab und zu nötig den Benutzer kurz anzuschreiben und zu fragen ob es OK ist sich zu verbinden um das Problem zu lösen, aktuell muss man sich immer erst verbinden und dann nachfragen (ergibt kein Sinn :-D) ob es OK ist das Problem zu bearbeiten. Es gibt Momente wo der Benutzer noch 30min braucht und dann bereit ist für den Support.
