    Als nebenberuflicher Freelancer im IT-Support habe ich zwar meinen Laptop immer dabei, aber nicht immer gestartet.
    So entgehen mir natürlich Supportanfragen bzw. ich bemerke sie zu spät.

    Es wäre m.E. sinnvoll, bei jeder eingehenden Supportanfrage eine E-Mail an die in dem Kundenkonto hinterlegten E-Mailadresse zu senden.
