    Aber nicht grundsätzlich, diese Funktion sollte nur mit spezieller Absicherung freischaltbar sein.

    Ich favorisiere hier einen speziellen Remote Host für Server, mit intergrierter Netzwerküberwachung, WOL, und Remote Host Verwaltung. Inventarisierung (Dokumentation) würden das Paket abrunden! Dafür würde ich, als auch meine Kunden auch extra zahlen!!!

    Ich finde das mit blau auch gut- aber wäre es nicht am Besten, der Nutzer könnte selbst auf einen Button "Nicht stören" klicken - denn rechtlich gesehen hätte der Kunde/ Anwender eh ein Hoheitsrecht! Ansonsten gibt es schnell Probleme mit dem BDSG

    Ja, so ähnlich sehe ich das auch. Mir fehlt an dieser Idee aber noch die Erfassung der gesamten IT Infrastruktur. Ein Protokoll ginge mir nicht weit genug, da ich gerne gesetzliche Anforderungen mit einer solchen Funktion erfüllen würde, so dass ich mir Fremdtools sparen kann.

    Gute Idee, die Erfahrung habe ich auch schon gemacht. Noch toller wäre es, wenn man sein eigenes ICON integrieren könnte...

    Richtig. Das halte ich auch für einen großen Mangel in der Dokumentation!! Denn gerade im Geschäftskundenbereich liegt ja bei einer Fernwartung Auftragsdatenverarbeitung vor. Für Dienstleister kann das auch mal sehr gefährlich werden. Heutzutage muss ja alles bewiesen werden. Klar stelle ich mir die Umsetzung schwierig vor. Aber ein wirkliches MUSS!!!!
