    Sehr gut. Ergänzend sollte das Formular für die Supportanfrage schon mit den Kundenstammdaten vorbelegt sein

    Ja, sehr wichtig und einfach sollte das löschen sein. Mehrfachauswahl über Kontrolkästchen sollten möglich sein.
